Panama City, FL --Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Frank Cortinas, security watch commander for Naval Support Activity Panama City, is presented the Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal by commanding officer Cmdr. Kevin Christenson during an awards ceremony held Friday, Oct. 25, 2019. Cortinas was recognized for his professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as a patrolman and watch commander from October 2016 to November 2019. Petty Officer Cortinas led seven military and civilian personnel in overseeing incident complaint reports and random anti-terrorism measures of the installation.
