The Puerto Rico National Guard Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package, will go through an emergency response training in Salem, Ore., called Vigilant Guard. There, the service members will sharpen their emergency assistance skills. The PRNG CERFP is comprised of airmen and soldiers from different units, but the majority of them are from the 1st Battalion, 65th Infantry Regiment. To make the training look more like a real life scenario, all first responders had to sleep under the same roof. That roof was the Oregon State Fairground Pavilion in Salem, Ore.
