A member of the Search and Extraction Team from the PRNG-CERFP makes-way with power tools in order to extract the "victims" trapped inside a demolished house during the Oregon Vigilant Guard Exercise in May. The Puerto Rico National Guard Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Enhanced Response Force Package underwent emergency response training in which they sharpened their emergency assistance skills. The PR CERFP is comprised of airmen and soldiers from different units, but the majority of them are from the 1st Battalion, 65th Infantry Regiment.
