    A student from Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 05-20, at Officer Training Command (OTCN) in Newport, Rhode Island, concentrates on maintaining proper push up form as he is ordered to conduct physical training before approaching the class milestone as a junior officers candidate (JOC) on Nov. 1, 2019.
