DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (November 11, 2019) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Mark Page and Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Shakeia Clayton secure shackles to a maritime prepositioning force utility boat aboard Military Sealift Command Bob Hope-class roll-on roll-off vehicle cargo ship USNS Seay (T-AKR 302) during an Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) training mission.
