DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (November 11, 2019) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Sheria McKoy and Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Wei Zeng treat the simulated injuries of Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Rachael Konefal as part of a casualty response drill during an Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) training mission aboard Military Sealift Command Bob Hope-class roll-on roll-off vehicle cargo ship USNS Seay (T-AKR 302).
