191112-N-PP451-1054 SANTA RITA, Guam (Nov. 12, 2019) Force Master Chief Delbert Terrell Jr., Naval Facilities Engineering Command, speaks to U.S. Navy Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Guam during a site visit to the Asphalt Batch Plant project. The batch plant will be used to support construction operations on Naval Base Guam to support initiatives of the Naval Construction Force throughout Guam, increasing military readiness and capability. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
