U.S. Air Force Maj. Philip G. Henderson, from Jacksonville, Fla., pours soy sauce from a sushi tray at the five-star Four Seasons Hotel in Doha, Qatar on Sept. 28. Henderson, on leave from Afghanistan, joined nine other American troops serving in Southwest Asia to attend a formal "Suhur" event, an Arabic word referring to a late evening feast during Ramadan, Islam's holiest month. "We had a VIP tour at the hotel that explained everything," said Henderson. "I love food – Asian, Middle Eastern, Western – they even had French deserts."
