The Bobo is one of Military Sealift Command's twelve Container & Roll-on/Roll-off Ships and is part of the 30 ships in Military Sealift Command's Prepositioning Program. Baltic Operations -12 is a combined exercise aimed at strengthen the partnerships between the United States and the Black Sea Region countries in order to maintain interoperability and theater security.
