Three models of over boots were distributed to 10th Mountain Division (LI) Soldiers during a prototype winter gear issue Jan 23, 2020, on Fort Drum. The over boots will be tested by Soldiers to see which design works the best. Soldiers testing the gear will provide feedback on the durability, ability to stay dry, and drying time so that any necessary improvements can be made.
