Staff Sgt. John Philadelphia tries on the outermost layer of the prototype Cold Temperature and Arctic Protection System. Around 30 10th Mountain Division (LI) Soldiers were given CTAPS for testing and will provide feedback on the durability, dexterity, tactility, ability to stay dry, and drying time so that any necessary improvements can be made.
