U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Angelina Cardella, Knowledge Operations manager for the 110th Communications Flight, at 110th Wing, Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Michigan, stands for a portrait at sunset.
“I’ve been in twelve years, seven of which were Active. What’s made me stay? Most of the time it’s been my team. If I have a good group of people around me, because I’m at work more then I am at home, they become like family. So if I have a good team and a good leader, that’s what makes me feel valuable. That’s why I’ve been in for so long and that’s why I think this career field I just joined is going to be advantageous for me as a person and as a good worker."
