U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Daniel Huisinga, the installation personnel readiness non-commissioned officer in charge for the installation deployment readiness cell of the 110th Force Support Squadron, stands for a portrait in front of a classified work area. He’s been a guardsman for seventeen years and an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) for five.
“As part of the IDRC team, I’m in a very close-knit group and it’s made me decide to further my career in the personnel section. I’ve always worked by myself and this is the first time I’ve been part of a team. The team aspect is huge for wanting to stay in because.”
He also brought up how, as IDRC team member, he not only interacts with his team but can reach out to the whole base as a part of big-picture deployment.
