A Trooper from 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, jumps over one of the beams in the Six Vaults Obstacle during the February Spur Ride at Fort Irwin, Calif., on February 25, 2020. The Spur Ride is a long-standing tradition in Cavalry units in which Troopers demonstrate physical prowess, knowledge of Cavalry history, and the ability to work as a team to earn a set of silver Spurs and be inducted into the Order of the Spur.
