Marine Corps Reserve Lance Corporal Alexander Decianni, a member of the New York Naval Militia, mans a station in the logistics working cell at New York National Guard headquarters on March 18, 2020. The logistic cells works issues and provides information to the Joint Operations Center. The Joint Operations Center, or JOC, serves as the central clearing point for operational information to allow Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General of New York, to control the response as the force assists in New York State efforts to control the COVID-19 pandemic in New York.
