200327-N-KM072-005 (KEY WEST, Fla.) Recreational boaters await their turn to fuel at Naval Air Station Key West’s Sigsbee Marina. Amid COVID-19 concerns, most Morale, Welfare and Recreation facilities aboard NAS Key West have closed to patrons, including the Sigsbee Marina Ship’s Store with exception of fuel sales. Navy installations are responsible for keeping airfields, ports, Navy housing, galley services, medical facilities, and utilities open and supporting our Fleet, fighters and their families. NAS Key West is the state-of-the-art facility for combat fighter aircraft of all military services, provides world-class pierside support to U.S. and foreign naval vessels, and is the premier training center for surface and subsurface military operations.
