200327-N-KM072-001 (KEY WEST, Fla.) Commissary employee Carrie Green stocks fresh produce at the Naval Air Station Key West Commissary at Sigsbee Park before it opens for business. Maintaining warfighter readiness amid COVID-19 concerns, the NAS Key West Commissary is open only to active duty and their dependents for the first two hours each operational day. Navy installations are responsible for keeping airfields, ports, Navy housing, galley services, medical facilities, and utilities open and supporting our Fleet, fighters and their families. NAS Key West is the state-of-the-art facility for combat fighter aircraft of all military services, provides world-class pierside support to U.S. and foreign naval vessels, and is the premier training center for surface and subsurface military operations.
