The training was a collaboration between the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Jackson, Miss. Division, the Biloxi Police Department and 20th Seabee Readiness Group, and was designed to forge relationships with first responders, military, law enforcement and chemical industry partners, and provide awareness of the dangers of improvised explosives and their precursors.
