Brandon M. Grant, Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent, Jackson, Miss. Division, demonstrates the dangers of mixing explosive precursors during an Improvised Explosives Familiarization Class held at Woolmarket Small Arms Range. The training was a collaboration between the FBI, the Biloxi Police Department and 20th Seabee Readiness Group, and was designed to forge relationships with first responders, military, law enforcement and chemical industry partners, and provide awareness of the dangers of improvised explosives and their precursors.
