The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is constructing an alternate care facility in support of the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction of the facility began Tuesday, April 7,2020. Once construction/conversion of the site is complete, the alternate care facility is transferred to the state for operations and maintenance of the facility.
