The Miami Beach Convention Center is now a 24 hour construction site, USACE staff awarded a construction contract Monday April 6, 2020 for $22.5 Million to Robins & Morton of Miami, Fla. to convert the Miami Beach Convention Center into a 450-bed hospital. Public Safety is the Corps top priority. The site is equipped with personal protective equipment and medical personnel to help mitigate the spread of COVID -19 at the site.
