NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 15, 2020) U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, keep tension on taglines as an Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) beach module is lifted by a crane during an operation to offload equipment for an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) from Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312), April 15, 2020.
