Juan Carlos, holding his son, Juan, said the new clinic in Quimistan that American soldiers built, would help the community greatly by giving medical care to poor children who could not afford it, July 3. The Soldiers were in Honduras as part of U.S. Army South’s Beyond the Horizon exercise, which combines military training with humanitarian aid missions.
