Vehicles of all descriptions stretch across the bridge spanning the I-15 Freeway on Barstow Road to begin the caravan to the Veterans Home of California-Barstow, May 25, to celebrate Memorial Day. Since COVID-19 pandemic restrictions prohibit the gathering of large, static crowds, the memorial on wheels was chosen as the best way to celebrate Memorial Day.
