Colonel Christopher R. McCarthy (left), Commanding Officer of Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group (MCSCG) relinquished command to Lt. Col. Matt Baker (right) at the Harbor Master Facility aboard Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek – Fort Story, July 12. McCarthy is transferring to U.S. Sixth Fleet in Naples, Italy where he will assume duties as the Fleet Marine Officer and Future Plans Officer. Baker most recently participated in the Secretary of Defense Coorporate Fellowship Program.
