Colonel Christopher R. McCarthy, former Commanding Officer of Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group (MCSCG), salutes Lt. Gen. Dennis Hejlik shortly after relinquisheing command of the unit to Lt. Col. Matt Baker at the Harbor Master Facility aboard Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek – Fort Story, July 12. McCarthy is transferring to U.S. Sixth Fleet in Naples, Italy where he will assume duties as the Fleet Marine Officer and Future Plans Officer. Baker most recently participated in the Secretary of Defense Coorporate Fellowship Program.
