The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Operational Water Research team leader, Dr. Martin Page, initiates the flocculation and coagulation instrument. The instrument is used to separate the portion of the suspended solids from the water. Dr. Page leads a team of Corps engineers and interns to engineer with nature to find solutions to mitigate Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs).
