200829-N-FA490-1008 EAST CHINA SEA (Aug. 29, 2020) The Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11), waits for the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) to approach in preparation for a replenishment-at-sea (RAS).
