200829-N-FA490-1005 EAST CHINA SEA (Aug. 29, 2020) Ensign Tara James, from Virginia Beach, Va., serves as Junior Officer of the Deck (JOOD) aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) from the pilot house, with the Lewis and Clark-class dry-cargo ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11).
