200829-N-FA490-1021 EAST CHINA SEA (Aug. 29, 2020) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) stow a phone-and-distance (POD) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS).
