Since arriving at Yokota AB, SrA Tidwell slotted seamlessly in the vacant Medical Readiness Unit Training Manager position, overseeing 4.1K training requirements across 4 Readiness programs. Though having never previously worked in Medical Readiness, she has contributed to the 18% improvement in training stats for 380+ medics, leading to the highest in PACAF with 94% compliance rating.
