U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Anthony Jaroszewski, an infantry mortarman with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, attached to 3rd Marine Division, fires his M27 Infantry Automatic Rifle (IAR) during the night-time IAR Transition Course of Fire exercise at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 4, 2020. The small unit leaders course provided an opportunity for noncommissioned officers to increase their proficiency as leaders while increasing their mental and physical toughness in the harsh jungle environment.
