U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Ben Beauxis, an infantry mortarman with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, attached to 3rd Marine Division, maneuvers into a position to get a better field of vision at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 5, 2020. The tactical small unit leaders course provided an opportunity for noncommissioned officers to increase their proficiency as leaders while increasing their mental and physical toughness in the harsh jungle environment.
