U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District Project Manager Suzanne Fiori gives an overview of the Stockton VA project to Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Milhorn, USACE deputy commanding general for military and international operations. During a quick visit to the Sacramento District on Tuesday, Oct. 13, Maj. Gen. Milhorn visited the Military Ocean Terminal - Concord, California, and the site of the future Stockton VA complex. This was Maj. Gen. Milhorn’s first visit to the Sacramento District since taking over his new post in July.
