Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Milhorn, deputy commanding general for military and international operations, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, poses for a group photo alongside team members from the USACE South Pacific Division and Sacramento District at the site of the district’s Stockton VA project. During a quick visit to the Sacramento District on Tuesday, Oct. 13, Maj. Gen. Milhorn visited the Military Ocean Terminal - Concord, California, and the site of the future Stockton VA complex. This was Maj. Gen. Milhorn’s first visit to the Sacramento District since taking over his new post in July.
