Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Milhorn, deputy commanding general for military and international operations, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, speaks to leaders with the USACE South Pacific Division and Sacramento District, at the site of the Stockton VA project. During a quick visit to the Sacramento District on Tuesday, Oct. 13, Maj. Gen. Milhorn visited the Military Ocean Terminal - Concord, California, and the site of the future Stockton VA complex. This was Maj. Gen. Milhorn’s first visit to the Sacramento District since taking over his new post in July.
