Paul Owen, commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division, shows Brenda Burman, commissioner, Bureau of Reclamation, the finished Folsom Dam Dike 8 project, part of the larger Folsom Dam Raise project, in Folsom, California Oct. 1, 2020. Burman attended the groundbreaking for the Dike 8 project in January and took this opportunity to see the finished project. Reclamation partners with USACE on many different projects involving flood risk management and water use throughout the country.
