U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Michael Stone, commanding general of Task Force Center, addresses U.S. Air Force medical personnel as a part of a Department of Defense COVID-19 operation in Texas, during their joint reception, staging, onward movement, and integration training in El Paso, Texas, Nov. 7, 2020. Approximately 60 Airmen, sourced from units across the country, were called to augment and work alongside civilians at three hospitals in El Paso affected by a surge of COVID-19 cases.
