As part of a Department of Defense COVID-19 operation in Texas, U.S. Air Force medical personnel participate in joint reception, staging, onward movement, and integration training in El Paso, Texas, Nov. 7, 2020 in preparation to augment and work alongside civilians at three hospitals in El Paso affected by a surge of COVID-19 cases.
