Italian Maj. Gen. Franco Federici, commander of Kosovo Force, gives Col. Eric Riley, commander of 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Oregon Army National Guard, an award for his service to Kosovo Force during the transfer of authority ceremony Nov. 15, 2020, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Riley is the outgoing commander of Regional Command-East. Federici presided over the ceremony. RC-E is charged with ensuring freedom of movement and the safety of all the people of Kosovo.
