Command Sgt. Maj. Matthew Strasser and Col. Derek Adams, command sergeant major and commander of Regional Command-East for the Kosovo Force 28 rotation, raise the Iowa flag on Nov. 15, 2020, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Adams will command the 28th iteration of RC-E that consists of troops of the U.S. Army, NATO partners and ally nations.
