    SANTA RITA, GUAM (Nov. 23, 2020) Electricians Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class James Boyles, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723), reads ‘Old Glory’ during a retirement ceremony for Machinist’s Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class Nicholas Miller on the pier onboard Naval Base Guam.
