SANTA RITA, GUAM (Nov. 23, 2020) A Sailor assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723) assists in folding the ensign during a retirement ceremony for Machinist’s Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class Nicholas Miller on the pier onboard Naval Base Guam. Miller is retiring from the Navy after serving 21 years. Oklahoma City is one of four forward-deployed submarines assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 15 out of Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
