    SANTA RITA, GUAM (Nov. 23, 2020) Machinist’s Mate (Nuclear) 1st Class Nicholas Miller, assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723), from Ontario, California, holds the ensign to his chest after receiving it during his retirement ceremony on the pier onboard Naval Base Guam. Miller is retiring from the Navy after serving 21 years. Oklahoma City is one of four forward-deployed submarines assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron 15 out of Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
