TOWSON, Md.— Maryland National Guard Col. Kristine L. Henry kicks off professional development for soldiers assigned to the Maryland National Guard’s Task Force 291 and its subordinate units during November IDT weekend at the Maj. Gen. Harry C. Ruhl Armory, Nov. 8, 2020. This iteration of the officer development program or ODP focused on establishing a mentorship program, designing a mock field grade assignment board and developing a program to encourage strategic growth and external engagement. Henry commands the TF 291, which was established following the recent deployment of the 58th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade headquarters to the Middle East.
