Sgt. Jonathon Krauss, a combat engineer with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, watches a CH-53 Super Stallion drop a section of an improved ribbon bridge into the water aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug. 8, 2012. During the exercise, the helicopter lowered parts of a raft into the water as Marines waited near the shore. The Marines raced to the individual sections floating in the bay to open and secure them after the raft was in the water.
