Marines with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group work to open a section of an improved ribbon bridge during a training exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug. 8, 2012. During the exercise, a helicopter lowered parts of the bridge into the water as troops waited near the shore. The Marines raced to the individual sections floating in the bay to open and secure them after the raft was in the water.
