Francisco Velasquez, Aerospace Repulsion Craftsman, 376th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (EAMXS), communicates with ground personnel during an engine operations check, Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Aug. 5, 2012.
