Brig. Gen. Paul Owen, commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division, points out features of Folsom Dam and Lake to Maj. Gen. William Graham, USACE deputy commanding general for civil and emergency operations, at Folsom Dam Dike 8 Jan. 27, 2021. Maj. Gen. Graham came to visit several district projects including Dike 8, Lower Cache Creek and the Sacramento Weir as part of a larger visit to the South Pacific Division. At each site, the general heard from project leaders within USACE and any other interagency collaborators and received an overview of work done or planned at that specific site.
