Steve Gladwell, chief of construction at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, speaks with Maj. Gen. William Graham, USACE deputy commanding general for civil and emergency operations, and Brig. Gen. Paul Owen, commanding general of the South Pacific Division, at Folsom Dam Dike 8 Jan. 27, 2021. Maj. Gen. Graham came to visit several district projects including Dike 8, Lower Cache Creek and the Sacramento Weir as part of a larger visit to the South Pacific Division. At each site, the general heard from project leaders within USACE and any other interagency collaborators and received an overview of work done or planned at that specific site.
